Notes
- Bookings are not subject to VAT.
- Cancellation Charge: 50% of total hire cost if less than 24 hours notice given (office hours 8am to 5pm).
- Minimum 2 hours booking for Weekends at £35 and all extra hours a £5 per hour supplement applies.
- Regular hirers may hold their Annual General Meeting or up to 4 committee meetings per year without charge.
- A 50% reduction of the basic price applies to all groups providing evidence that they are a charity, community or voluntary group.
- A 20% reduction of the basic price applies for Springwell Gardens when the hirer lives on Eastwood View S65 1NH, Larch Mews S65 1NQ and Rosewell Court S65 1NG. This rate can not be combined with the 50% reduction. It is one or the other.
- Charges for commercial hirers will be negotiated with the Community Buildings Manager
- Buildings are not available for hire on bank holidays.
