Meet the repair teams

Our contractors, Morrison and Willmott Dixon, are responsible for delivering the repairs and maintenance to your home. Both companies will carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within their own areas, as well as special aids and adaptations projects and estate caretaking services.

Depending on where you live in Rotherham, you will have one regular contractor carrying out repairs on your home. It is likely that you will meet both contractors at some point as each contractor has taken on different borough-wide responsibilities.

Day-to-day repairs and maintenance

Rotherham North, Rotherham South and Wentworth North Area Assemblies. This includes: Town centre, Eastwood, East Dene, Munsbrough, Masbrough, Greasbrough, Kimberworth Park, Thorpe Hesley, Wath, Swinton, Brampton, Wentworth and associated areas.

Borough-wide responsibilities

Planned works across the whole of the borough. These are works which are carried out on a planned programme where similar repairs are carried out on a number of properties in the same street at the same time.

Day-to-day repairs and maintenance

Wentworth South, Wentworth Valley, Rother valley West and Rother Valley South Area Assemblies. This includes: Rawmarsh, Dalton, Sunnyside, Bramley, Brinsworth, Catcliffe, Treeton, Aston, Thurcroft, Dinnington, Kiveton Park, Harthill, Wales and associated areas.

Borough-wide responsibilities

Annual gas safety checks, general gas appliance servicing and some specialist electrical works across the whole of the borough.
