Where to get help with your claim
We currently have four customer service centres where you can go for help and advice on benefits.
Home visits
Home visits are available for customers who are unable to visit one of our offices due to disability, age or health problems. Please ring 01709 336065 (8.30 to 5.30) for further details.
District housing offices
We also operate a benefits advisory service at district housing offices around the borough during the following times:
Tuesday:
- Munsbrough office 9:00 to 12:00
- Wath office 13:45 to 16:15
Wednesday:
- Kimberworth Park office 9:00 to 12:00
- Rawmarsh office 13:45 to 16:15
Friday:
- Wath office 9:00 to 12:00
