If you are unhappy with the conference decision

If you are unhappy with the conference decision, you have the right to complain about the conference process or the decision to make your child the subject of a protection plan.

You can do this by:

  • Talking to your child’s social worker or the conference chairperson after the conference
  • Making a complaint using the Council’s complaints procedure
