The Council ensures customers are receiving the best possible services by monitoring performance, customer satisfaction, customer care and internal and external communications. Effective complaints handling and learning from our customers enables us to develop customer focused services.

The Council learns from customers in a variety of innovative ways to help us see a service through the eyes of a customer and make improvements.
