Important changes affecting the way you bid
On 14th September 2011, Key Choices will be introducing a new computer system for advertising and bidding for properties. Please visit our new Key Choices website where you will be able to log in and bid online.
The new system will let you manage your own application and place and withdraw bids at anytime during the bidding cycle.
When you place a bid for a property, you will be able to see your queue position at that time.
You will also be able to update your circumstances if they change.
With effect from Wednesday 14th September 2011 the advertising cycle will change. From this date, all properties will be advertised from midnight on Tuesday until midnight the following Monday.
Please be aware that if our records show that you owe any monies to Rotherham Council or any of it's partners, your application will be suspended and you will be unable to place any bids.
All Council housing stock is located in various areas around the borough. We also have a gallery of photos from many of our areas you can view.
