What if I am having difficulty maintaining payments?

It is important that you contact us to discuss the situation as soon as possible so that action may be taken before your account falls into arrears.

If you have not made payment in accordance with your installments the authority will commence recovery proceedings against you by issuing a recovery notice. Please visit the links below for advice on what to do should you receive a recovery notice.
