Our aim is to maximise the percentage of payments received through Direct Debit in order to minimise transaction costs to the authority, maximise collections and make payment easier for our customers.
We currently have the following % of Council Tax accounts on Direct Debit.

Producing a Council Tax bill following notification of a change
Our Service Standard is that we will aim to produce a new Council Tax bill within 14 days from when we are notified of a change in your circumstances.
