If you are already registered

You have received your Council Tax bill for 2015/16 by post because you may not have linked your Council Tax account.

You need to sign in to Your Account using the email address and password you set as part of the registration.
Once signed in select the add a service link and choose Council Tax.

You will have to confirm your Council Tax account number which is on your bill, your postcode and your unlock code. Once you enter all these details you will have instant access to your Council Tax account online.

If you have spoken to a member of staff you may have an email containing a temporary password. Please use this temporary password to sign in and complete your registration. If you no longer have this email please contact us to reset your password.

If you have forgotten your password

Select the forgotten password option under the sign in box and follow the on screen instructions.
