We carry out an electoral registration canvass each year.

The law requires us to do this to make sure the electoral register is accurate and up to date.

Every home in the borough will receive a household enquiry form during the first week in August 2016. This form lists the names and nationalities of each person registered to vote at that address. You must check and confirm that these details are correct, or tell us about any changes.

The form includes guidance notes on how to complete it.

If you do not receive a form at your property by mid-August please contact us.
