It’s sometimes hard to notice how much you drink and sometimes don’t realise because it has become a habit. Drinking too much can have an impact on your physical and mental health. It is recommended that you don't go over the following limits:

  • 2-3 units a day for females
  • 3-4 units a day for males

With two alcohol free days per week.
