As a public service Rotherham Libraries are here to serve the needs of the whole community. We aim to:

provide access to information and imagination through books and other materials;
promote the benefit and enjoyment of reading and the value of up-to-date, accurate information;
co-ordinate stock selection to get maximum coverage and value within available resources.
