Parking tickets are also referred to as penalty charge notices (PCN).

When you make payment please have your notice number at hand which is prefixed with RH on your parking ticket.

Only credit or debit card payments can be made via the telephone. Please be aware we are unable to accept American Express. 

Payment in person 

You can make payment in person at any of your local Customer Service Centres.  

Payment by post

Payment can be made by cheque or postal order made payable to RMBC. 

Please write the notice number on the reverse of the cheque / postal order, complete the slip on the back of the parking ticket and send this along with your payment to:
