Private Car Parks

There are several private non-residential parking areas within the town and around the borough. The Council tries to ensure that they are operated in accordance with parking policies on:

• Strategic matters
• Pricing
• Disabled parking
• Safety and maintenance

However, the Council has no direct influence on the private car parks.
