Sundays - Free parking

All on-street and Council off-street car parks are free on Sundays.

Parking restrictions

When parking is free, marked restrictions still apply. Look out for signs and markings nearby.

• Time restrictions - Where time restrictions apply, such as 1 or 2 hour stays on-street, or 1, 2 or 4 hours stays off-street, those restrictions still apply.
• Marked disabled bays - Vehicles bearing a blue badge are still the only vehicles allowed in disabled bays.
• Loading restrictions - Loading only restrictions still apply.
• Yellow lines - Waiting and/or parking restrictions still apply.
• Pedestrian areas - Vehicles must still not be parked in pedestrian areas.
