The method of funding Major Schemes was changed by the Government before the Major Scheme Business Case for Waverley Link Road , submitted in 2009, was assessed. Major Scheme Promoters have now been asked to review their schemes for scope and value for money and to submit a Best and Final bid for funding to the Department for Transport by 9th September 2011.
