Customers can now make all face to face enquiries relating to Planning at one of the Council's Customer Service Centres.

This includes any enquiries relating to the following services:

• Viewing current planning applications
• Submitting planning/building control applications and fees
• Copies of application forms and guidance leaflets
• Reporting dangerous structures or unauthorised works

Customers should no longer make Planning enquiries at the reception in Bailey House.
