Bonfires

There are no specific times of the day when bonfires can or cannot be lit, although the law says that you cannot have a bonfire if the smoke will cause a nuisance to other people.

The person responsible for a nuisance bonfire may face further action and can be fined up to £5,000.

More information on bonfires can be found on the gov.uk website.
