Identifying faults

We will carry out an inspection of your home using the Housing Health and Safety Rating System in order to identify any faults that we would consider a risk to your health such as:

  • Damp and mould growth
  • Leaks
  • Damages to the overall structure of the house
  • Hazards

We will then contact your landlord to explain our findings and work with the landlord to fix the faults.
