Grafton House

Grafton House service is based in Rotherham town centre and provides quality housing, which is adapted to the needs of adults with a physical and/or sensory impairment and individuals with an acquired brain injury.

Grafton House consists of 9 semi-detached bungalows which offer shared tenancies and a respite bungalow for up to 2 short stay customers. 

All individuals living in the joint tenancy accommodation will be able to engage in a personalised care plan which will look at their individual preferences, abilities and needs. 

Grafton House also provides a specialist community support team which promotes independence of adults living in the wider community.
