How Ad-Pro can help you

When you start to work with Ad-Pro, we will do an initial four-day assessment. This is to assess your abilities, skills and experiences.

The assessment will also find out what you want to achieve, the work you want to do and the support you might need.

  • Skills development. Health and safety, independent travel, interview and communication skills, customer service and IT skills

  • One-to-one support with job searching and applications
  • Support through the job application process: CV writing, interview skills and techniques. We can even come with you to interviews for support
  • In-work support, to guide and support you through the early stages of employment
  • Advising potential employers on reasonable adjustments in the work place
  • Signposting you to a benefit advisor for a better off in work calculation
  • Access to work guidance
  • Referring you to other available help if you need further support
