Steps to Health

The Steps to Health initiative has been developed by the Council's Culture and Leisure Services in conjunction with NHS Rotherham, with funding from Neighbourhood Renewal Fund. The Council and NHS Rotherham are pleased to promote this initiative and encourage you to give one of the walks a try.

Walking is a great way to improve your health and just about anyone can do it. Walking 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week can bring substantial health benefits. An ideal way to achieve this is to take a walk in your local park or green space.
