Our Vision

Our vision is to make it easy for anyone living, visiting, working or studying in Rotherham to access Council Services where and when they need them.

Customer Services

You are able to report issues, apply and pay for a number of Council Services on line

You can also telephone us.  We have an established, well managed Contact Centre, able to respond to your customer queries.  In order to take you to the most appropriate member of staff to deal with your query, we have dedicated numbers for each of our key services.

If you would like to speak to a member of staff directly, we have 5 Customer Service Centres located throughout the region, with a further Customer Service Centre opening in 2011. 

If your query relates to a specialist area within the Council, we provide a free to use phone in each of our customer service centres which gives quick access to Council services.

You can also visit one of our neighbourhood offices, where making payments and housing enquiries can be dealt with.
