This strategy describes the Council's vision for how the community will be able to access council services.
As technology has developed, so has customer expectation. We recognise the important role that effective access to services has in helping to build stronger communities, reduce poverty and improve well being and satisfaction. The Customer Access Strategy gives us a flexible framework to help deliver access to an increasing range of services.
The strategy signals the start of a 'journey', not the completion of it. It will be continually reviewed and updated in light of customer feedback, our experiences and good practice from around the country.
