Complaining to someone other than the Council
If you are not satisfied with how your complaint is being handled at any time during the procedure, you can complain directly to the Local Government Ombudsman.
The Ombudsman may decide to investigate how your complaint has been handled, or pass this back to us if they feel that we have not been given the opportunity to try to resolve an issue.
