If you are applying for one of our services, we would like to know what your service experience is like. We will provide you with a diary for you to note down your thoughts about the process, starting with your initial visit and all the way through to completion.
We would like you to tell us:
- how you felt about each stage of your service experience
- how long it took us to deal with your enquiry from start to finish
- how you think we could improve
Your diary will help us to follow your journey and make improvements to our services.
Each quarter, we would like to meet with approximately 15 customers who have used our customer services. We would like you to tell us:
- what you think about our services
- what you think we need to improve
- how you think we can develop our services to better fit your needs
Your views will help us to make improvements to our services and will help to shape our services in the future.
