Our Welfare Rights team offer a free, confidential and impartial advice service on benefits and can help with claims and appeals for benefits such as Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance, Employment Support Allowance, Carers Allowance, Income Support and Pension Credit. Our Money advice service offers a free confidential debt counselling service to people living in Rotherham.

- To respond to any Stage 1 Customer Complaints within 10 working days;
- To see you within 5 minutes of any pre-booked appointment.
