Organising an Event
If you are organising an event which is to be held on the highway or in a public place, you need to complete an event application form.
When completing the form please refer to the Event Guidance Notes which include:
- Notes relating to application form

- Conditions for Use of Parks, Open Spaces, Highways, Car Parks and Rotherham Town Centre

The application form is available as a PDF for printing or in an editable format so you can fill in the form using your word processing software.
If your event is approved you will receive a letter confirming that the event can go ahead. There is a £15.50 administrative fee for processing the application and hire charges may be applicable. The Events Officer will be able to advise of any costs.
