Books as a top priority

Over 12,000 books in stock for adults, children and teenagers.

Internet access

The library has 8 computers, 4 for adults, 2 for children and 2 for teenagers.

IT classes

We now run regular IT classes and IT drop-in sessions.

Local Information

Available in a leaflet folder and on a notice board.

Children's area

The children's area is well-stocked with up-to-date books and also has soft seating for story sharing.

Children's activities

Regular events are planned during school holidays.

Rhymetime for under-5s

Regular weekly sessions will start in September.

Comfortable seating

The library has comfortable chairs and settees.

Author visits

We plan to invite authors.

Reading groups

We have invited the public to join a library-based group.

Opening 7 days per week

Aston library is open Monday - Sunday.

Evening opening

The library is open until 7.00pm on two days per week.

Baby changing facilities

These are available within the library.

Hot drinks provision

A coffee machine has been installed.
