If you are concerned about a child in Rotherham and want to speak to someone about your concerns, please contact the Children's Access and Assessment Team on 01709 823987 or out of office hours contact 01709 364689.

Rotherham Safeguarding Children Board

The Rotherham Safeguarding Children Board is a statutory body which was set up as a requirement of the Children Act 2004. Its main objective is to ensure the effectiveness of all work done to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people in Rotherham. 

The board members are senior managers in their agencies which include statutory, community, voluntary and faith organisations.
