Disabled people - parking permits - blue badge

We have produced a video, only 6 minutes long, which tells you all about the blue badge scheme - the purpose, eligibility, applying and using. It explains the difference it can make to people's lives and why we need to enforce the scheme.

The permits allow free or reduced cost parking to make it easier for people with severe walking difficulties to park closer to shops, restaurants and other places.
