- Tickets are not transferable between individuals.
- The season ticket allows the holder to play on the court. Other players using the same court must also hold a season ticket or hire the court at the hourly charge.

- Singles one season ticket and one player pays hourly charge
- Doubles one season ticket and one player pays hourly charge
Third and four player no charge - Doubles one season ticket and adults and children playing

- Players must show their season ticket to the attendant before play or any other Council officer on request.
- A season ticket may only be used for up to 2 hours in any 12 hour period to ensure fair access for other users.
- Courts/Greens may be pre booked.
- Access to courts/greens will be prioritised to pre booked games.
Definition of Sports Facilities
Premises are sports facilities if they are designed or adapted for playing any sport or taking part in any sport. This includes sports halls, swimming pools, football pitches, squash courts, tennis courts, etc.

*To qualify for exemption the letting has to satisfy all of the following criteria:
- a series of 10 or more lets to the same person, for the same sport and in the same place;
- the interval between each session is at least 1 day but no more than 14 days;
- the series must be paid for as a whole and there should be written evidence to that effect (this does not mean that all the sessions must be paid for in one lump sum, but it does mean that they must be booked in one block, and a booking form should be kept on site and a copy given to the hirer);
- the facility must be let to a school, club, association, etc., not to private individuals or groups of individuals;
- the person to whom the facilities are let must have exclusive use (i.e. must not sub-let to a third party).
If any of the above criteria are not met, then the letting becomes standard rated for VAT.
