Grange Park

The park is characterised by remnants of historic park landscape, ancient broadleaved woodland, landscaped amenity grassland, golf course, agicultural land and unimproved grassland and moorland and is well used for dog walking, jogging and natural history studies.

The championship length (5,871 metres/6,421 yards) 18-hole golf course was opened in 1972, with par and SSS of 71 which makes great use of the site's topography and there is a fine clubhouse with excellent panoramic views.
