How to challenge a parking ticket
If you have received a parking ticket and think that you should not have been issued with it, you may object by lodging a challenge with the Council.
The registered owner/keeper, not the driver, is legally responsible for payment of the charge.
There are 3 stages to challenging a parking ticket. These consist of:

- A formal representation
- An appeal to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal
