Micro Chipping

Is your dog chipped?

Having your dog chipped is a useful way of ensuring that should your dog be lost or stray that the dog is identifiable to you as the owner. However, the simplest and best way to identify a dog is with a clealry marked identification disc.

When your dog is in a public place you are required by law for the dog to have an identification disc displayed.  The details must show the name and address of the owner.  A telephone number is not required by law but is helpful if the dog is lost and needs to be returned to its owner.

Even if you dog is chipped, you will still need to display a dog tag by law.

Remember - a good dog requires a responsible owner!
