Contract opportunities

Rotherham Council works closely with all business sectors including small, medium enterprises (SMEs) and the voluntary sector as we try to remove barriers that may exist for such organisations to trade with us.  We are removing barriers through providing organisations with access to information on our contracting opportunities, by explaining our procurement processes and by being flexible where possible.

To provide easy access to our current contract opportunities, Rotherham Council will regularly update this document with details of contracts up to 3 years in advance, to provide early information where possible to allow organisations to gear up to tender.  As contract information is added as early as possible some information may not be available but contact details to obtain further information are provided.  The Procurement Forward Plan will be updated on a monthly basis, however as the information contained within this plan is published to give providers an idea only of the Council's future requirements, the information is subject to change.

In addition, many contracts are also advertised on the Supplier & Contract Management System (SCMS) for the Yorkshire & Humber Region, which any organisation can register on.
