Employment Land Review 2010
As part of providing a robust evidence base to help inform and prepare Local Development Framework documents the Council has undertaken an update of its Employment Land Review.
This has considered again how much land might need to be provided for new economic development to 2027. It has also assessed the suitability for continued or potential use for economic purposes of a range of sites across Rotherham, including those which have been suggested to us as part of early Site Allocations work.

A consultation statement is included at appendix 7, and the Council's response to individual comments submitted as part of the consultation are available to view through our LDF Consultation Portal Due to their size, the site survey forms in appendix 4 are provided separately below.
