There are eight Safer Neighbourhood Teams in Rotherham who are committed to tackling local crime, grime and disorder issues.

Each of the teams consist of:

• Local police officers including police constables, special constables and police community support officers (PCSOs)
• Area partnership managers
• Neighbourhood champions
• Rotherham wardens
• Neighbourhood enforcement staff
• Streetpride
• Anti-social behaviour specialists
• Children and Young People's Services

The multi-agency teams have good local links to the communities they serve and work together to share information with colleagues and partners across the borough.
