The team actively encourages adults 16+ to undertake training and receive quality mentoring from one of the team's experienced and qualified community sports coaches.
The annual programme of training includes:
- Continuous Professional Development courses
- Sports Specific National Governing Body of Sport Courses
- Leadership Training

A Level one Coaching qualificaton, Sports Coach UK Safeguarding & Protecting Children, First Aid Qualification and A Disability Awareness Course
