Alcohol consumption in designated public places
The Council is proposing to introduce an order under the above regulations which will designate certain areas of the Borough where restrictions on public drinking will apply.
You can download a notice which explains in more detail the proposal and view a map showing the proposed area.
Before making the order the Council is required to carry out a consultation exercise with those people who may be affected by such an order.
Your comments are invited and should be received no later than Friday 10th February 2012 so that they maybe taken into consideration before a final decision is taken.
