Accessing your records
We also know that sometimes you may have questions about your past and we can help you access your records. However there might be a chance that your records may not give you the answers you need. It may also give you information that you may not be expecting or wanting to hear.
Your PA will talk to you about this in more detail and support you in accessing your records if this is what you would want to do.
