Dare you face haunted Rotherham’s Haunted Parks?
Published Thursday 7th October 10
Rotherham MBC Green Spaces staff are giving little ghouls and ghosts the chance to get into high spirits and celebrate Halloween early with a day full of thrill and spills.
Held in the spooky surroundings of Herringthorpe Valley Park on Wednesday October 27 and Barkers Park on Friday October 29, anytime between 1.30pm - 2.30pm on each day, fearless kids will be able to test their map reading skills around the haunted park in safe and secure surroundings.
Green Spaces Officer, Donna Morton, said: "Join us for a haunted hunt around horrifying Herringthorpe Valley Park . There are clues to find, questions to answer and prizes to be won.
"Don't worry about being too scared though, come in fancy dress and you'll be able to scare off any ghouls lurking in the woodlands."
Collect your free answer sheet and spooky map from the pavilion.
There is no charge to join in the fun. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
