Big Bang Party Night

Published Thursday 14th October 10

Young people are being invited to a party night at Liquid nightclub on Thursday November 4.

The Council, South Yorkshire Police and South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue are helping to fund the Big Bang event, which is intended to provide a safe and fun night for young people and prevent any potential problems in our neighbourhoods.  The event has proven very successful in past years.

This year it is even more special as 13 to 17 year olds have the opportunity to receive a free ticket to get into the club and will have their tickets put into a prize draw.

Young people should ask at their schools or youth service how to get a free ticket or please ring 01709 334561 for further information

Further information is on the Lush website at http://www.lush-clubbing.co.uk/

In Wickersley, a free bus has been donated by local ward councillor, Sue Ellis who is supporting this positive activity.  For more details about this please ring the Senior Youth worker at Maltby Linx on 01709 819581.

South Yorkshire Passenger Transport are also donating a free bus service to be used from Rawmarsh to Liquid.  All young people wanting to use this bus should turn up at Dale Road Bus Depot for 6.30pm, first come, first served.
