Wath - up 1.1% to 98.7%

Councillor Amy Rushforth, Cabinet Member for Lifelong Learning and Culture, said: "Our congratulations go to every student who have received these superb exam results which has seen the pass rate for Rotherham rise yet again. We would also like to express our thanks to everyone who has supported them throughout their studies, including parents and carers as well as the staff at all our schools.

"The hard work that everyone has done this year means our students are better prepared than ever before to face the exciting challenges ahead in either Higher Education or the job market and we wish them all well in the future."
