HAVE YOUR SAY ON PROPSED PLANS TO IMPROVE A STRETCH OF WALES ROAD

Come along to a drop-in session to have your say on plans to improve a well-used stretch of road in Kiveton Park.

The event takes place at Kiveton Park Library on Wednesday 1 February between 2pm and 4.30pm.

Improvements can be made in the Wales Ward thanks to the Council's Towns and Villages Fund. The fund is a £4 million commitment from Rotherham Council to deliver improvements to local towns and villages across the borough. The scheme will run between now and 2024.

Improvements in the Wales Ward are likely to include land outside Kiveton Park Library, the junctions of Limetree Avenue and Chestnut Avenue and surrounding footways and highways.

Wales Ward Councillors, the Neighbourhoods team and the Towns and Villages team will be available to talk through the plans and listen to any feedback, or ideas you may wish to share.

If you aren’t able to make the event, there will be chance to ask questions and give you views online.
