The Easter Bank Holiday weekend is almost here. Visitors can explore Rotherhamís rich history or discover a perfect book at various museums and libraries around the borough.

To help you plan your visit, have a look at the Easter Bank Holiday opening times.    
Clifton Park Museum and café are closed on Good Friday but will be open on Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. The museum is open at its usual times on Saturday (9.30am to 5pm), Sunday (1.30pm to 4.30pm) and Monday (10am to 5pm). The café will be open until 4.30pm on Monday 2 April.
Relive your childhood at the Childhood Memories toy exhibition which is on display in the Childhood Gallery. 
Boston Castle reopens on Sunday 1 April (11am to 3pm). It will be open every Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday (11am to 3pm) until the end of September.
During the Easter weekend, the Archives and Local Studies search room at Clifton Park Museum will be open on Easter Saturday only. 
Libraries and Customer Service Centres:
All Libraries and Customer Service Centres will be closed on Friday 30, Saturday 31, Sunday 1 and Monday 2 April and will reopen at their usual times from Tuesday 3 April.
The online Library is always open to loan eBooks, eMagazines and eAudioBooks.

Waste and Recycling:
Also, for those doing a spring clean, your black bin, blue box and bag and green bins will be collected as normal should your collection fall on Good Friday or the Bank Holiday Monday, please recycle responsibly. 
The Household Waste Recycling Centres and recycling points are also open during the Bank Holiday (Lidget Lane Household Waste Recycling Centre, Bramley will be closed on Good Friday, 30 March). The opening times can be viewed online.
