It’s Panto time!

Rotherham residents are being invited to get in the festive spirit and book their panto place, as the stars of this year’s show prepare to take centre stage!

The town’s Christmas lights switch on celebration tonight (16 November) kicks off the final the countdown to this year’s show – family favourite, Jack and The Beanstalk.

Tickets are still available for the panto, which is running at the Civic Theatre from Thursday 30th November and until Sunday 7th January 2018. Jack and The Beanstalk is a wonderful story that everyone knows and loves. Follow the tale of Jack as he attempts to defeat the Giant and win the hand of the Princess

Watch out for the villainous Fleshcreep, the Giant’s servant, as he tries to scupper Jack’s plans and kidnap the princess. Cheated out of gold from the Trott’s only cow, Jack is left will a useless bag of beans…or are they?

Cast members include Nigel Pivaro, Coronation Street’s infamous bad boy Terry Duckworth, as “Fleshcreep” the Giant’s assistant, Andrew Maguire from Hollyoaks as handsome Jack and singing star Rosie Houlton as Princess Jill. They will be joined by comedy star Bippo as Silly Billy and Danny Mills as Dame Trott.
