February half-term fun

Free boredom-busting activities will be running in Rotherham town centre this February half-term.

A range of activities will be running in All Saint’s Square on Saturday 25 February, starting from 10.30am.

Budding Beckhams can hone their skills on an inflatable football pitch, which Rotherham United Community Sports Trust will be bringing to All Saint’s Square on the day.

Other activities include:

  • Mr. Dan’s Punch and Judy Show will entertaining with silly antics from Mr. Punch, Judy, baby and a host of other characters with this traditional puppet show.
  • The High Street will play host to a taster of the forthcoming Comedy Festival in Rotherham including, live spray art demonstrations, break-dancers, comedy and musicians
  • The Old Market Gallery will host activities including face painting, clay making, paper crafts, music making and more. Youngsters can paint their own canvas, make jewellery, paper mache and sculpting work. Plus, tea, coffee and a cake will be on offer for £1.
