Junior Road Safety Officers
All Primary and Junior Schools in Rotherham are offered the opportunity to take part in the Junior Road Safety Officer Scheme. Schools nominate 2 pupils (usually Year 6) to work with the Road Safety Team promoting road safety in their schools.
Typical activities include presenting assemblies, producing posters and leaflets and organising competitions. The Road Safety Education Team can be contacted on 01709 822957.
