Making sure that children and young people across Rotherham are safe and well is something which is the responsibility of every single person who lives and works in the Borough.
The Rotherham Local Safeguarding Children Board (RLSCB) is a statutory body which aims to ensure the effectiveness of all work done to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people in Rotherham.

Child sexual exploitation
Child sexual exploitation affects thousands of children and young people across the UK every year.If you're a young person it can be difficult to spot the warning signs as you believe you're in a positive relationship with someone.
As a parent or carer, you have an important role to play in protecting your children from exploitation.
Rotherham Local Safeguarding Children Board (Voluntary)
